Cambi establishes a joint venture in the Republic of Korea

Increased focus on greenhouse gas emissions and new regulatory requirements for sludge
treatment is believed to make the Republic of Korea one of the most promising Asian
markets for Cambi over the next few years.

To take advantage of this opportunity, Cambi establishes a joint venture,
Cambi Korea, with the Korean environmental technology company Kentec Energy.

Cambi Korea is the sole sales representative and distributor of Cambi’s patented THP technology,
and the intention of the parties is to develop the joint venture in to a full service engineering, project
execution, and O&M company.

With the market knowledge of Kentec Energy, Cambi Korea will be well positioned to take
advantage of the opportunities in the South Korean market for sludge treatment technologies.
