Organizational changes

From July 1^st.,  2010 the board of Cambi ASA has decided that Per Lillebø  will take the
position as Cambi’s  CEO. Merete Norli will take the position as Cambi’s COO
(Chief Operating Officer).

Per Lillebø will continue in the position as the company’s CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).

Fredrik Stange, board member of Cambi ASA since many years, will take the position as
Chairman of the board of Cambi ASA and Cambi AS.

There will   be no change in Cambi’s main strategy , but  the implication
will be even  more direct  involvement  in the development of the company from the main shareholders.

 

Cambi's new CEO says: "I see a great  potential in   further growth  of the Cambi group. 
Cambi has established a strong and world leading  position within the  biosolids sector and
I see a real opportunity  to achieve the  same within the biowaste area.  I look forward to contribute,
